What Service We Provide

First of all, we guarantee 1 year for full machine and 3 years for compressor,  in which period we will be responsible for any quality problem within our responsibility on bases of amicable negotiation after seeing your pictures taken as evidence. (Note: Transportation accidents and man-made quality problems caused by users themselves are not covered by the guarantee letter.)
2. Secondly, we will also provide 1% free parts which include some comparatively fragile parts or the parts that are difficult to buy in buyer’s market.

1. We will keep close follow up the orders from confirmed artworks until buyer received goods, report the production status and send the picture of goods before loading, and keep eyes on shipping status. Remind customer to booking the vessel in advance, to pick up the container, even the sale status.

1. Once we finished one order, we will keep in touch with our customer, if have any new model or new designs for products, we are happy to share to them. Sometime, the price will be getting down due to the raw material effected, we will update the good price to customer in time. Those actions to make sure our customer could be reduce more time to search the goods and supplier, also they can get good price with good quality.

Yes, we can provide sample but customer should pay cost of sample and freight charge.

How about the delivery time?
It depends on your quantity. Generally, it takes35-50 days after receiving your deposit.
